Kyeiwaa, others at funeral of late Rev Eddie Coffie

The funeral grounds of the late actor, Rev Edward Azumah Nii Coffie was witnessed by a host of celebrities, love ones and sympathizers last Saturday in Accra as he was on his journey going to the next home of silence.

Crowning the whole event for a befitting burial and paying last respect to Reverend and the former actor, Ghanaian celebrated movie stars, Akua Ataa Kyeiwaa, Emelia Brobbey, Bill Asamoah(President of the Actors Guild, Ashanti), Salinco, Paa Nii (Actors Guild PRO) among others were present.

Rev Eddie Coffie, a former actor and former President of the Ghana Actors Guild was called by his maker on the 30th of October 2015 while he was receiving treatment at the Ridge Hospital, Accra after battling with some illness.

He was however, after all, preparations made by family and loved ones laid to rest on Saturday, 19th December 2015 at the Osu Cemetery, Accra.

Bulldog Slept With Someone’s Girlfriend And Stole His Apparel In Germany – Shatta Wale

The brewing controversy between dancehall artiste Shatta Wale and his former manager, Bulldog over nude pictures of the latter’s wife has got the former finally talking.

Fiwa Hanson, wife of Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson (Bulldog) has alleged that Shatta Wale has her nude photographs and is likely to leak them soon.

But in a comprehensive interview with Pluzz FM Thursday, Shatta refuted rumours claiming that he is the one behind the circulation of the naked pictures on some social media platforms.

“I respect Mrs Hanson so much so why would I do that to taint her reputation while I have to push my Kakai and Mahama song, I want to clear the minds of Ghanaians that the alleged naked photos is a frame up thing to put me in the picture because of my brand.”

According to the ‘Kakai’ singer, all the issues popping up happened in Germany, where two Ghanaian friends who lived in Germany escorted them throughout their tour.

Shatta Wale alleged that Bulldog was seen ‘bonking’ one of the young men’s girlfriend and allegedly stole the guy’s apparel as well.

“The young man told me he saw Bulldog making love to his girlfriend, and was wearing his clothes as well. After trying all means to solve the problem amicably which didn’t work the German Police came in.”

The Manager of Shatta Movement Family further disclosed that he intervened and succeeded in averting the arrest of his former manager .

He also noted that during these happenings, wife of Bulldog was on the phone listening to the conversation, pleading with him (Shatta) to do whatever he can to get her husband out of the grips of the police.

“I told the police it was a misunderstanding that had come between us and my laptop got to Bulldog. He loudly said on the phone that he doesn’t have a wife, of which his wife was quite disappointed.

“The Apple laptop was my personal laptop, I bought it for 7,000 dollars and is for the Shatta Movement Family which I gave out to Bulldog to use for my official work.  It’s never true that I gave it to him as a gift. They have pictures of the sex act of Bulldog and the unknown girl on their phones.

“Though I doubted what they told me about the sex encounter and stolen clothes, they still attempted calling the Police to report Bulldog.”

Shatta claimed he had to rush to the US for another event so had to tell the guys to get his laptop and keep it till he returns to Ghana.

“I sent one of those guys because I was running out of time to America for another event and later came to Ghana. On arriving in Ghana the guy called me on phone that they have retrieved the laptop and he is also coming to Ghana as well.

“The guy questioned me why I prevented them from reporting Bulldog to the police over the stolen dresses and ‘bonking’ his girl.

According to Shatta , the two young men saw the nude pictures on the desktop of his laptop and one of them sent him one of the nude photos when he was in America on his birthday.

“I was in America on my birthday when they sent those pictures so I had to beg them to delete those photos.

But the young man kept threatening that Bulldog has wronged him for stealing his clothes and sleeping with his girlfriend so demanded an apology or will also circulate those nude photos of his wife, I begged him not to circulate those pictures because Mrs Hanson is innocent but the guy felt so bitter because of what Bulldog did to his girlfriend.

“Those guys respect me a lot and I know they wouldn’t do that so Mrs Hanson should kindly question his husband on how the pictures got into the public domain. Non of my Shatta Movement Family members have seen the nude pictures as she claimed.”

Dumelo gets royal title with plots of land in Cameroon

Ghanaian actor, John Dumelo, was giving a royal title with plots of land in Bamenda, Cameroon.

The popular actor who was in the country for a philanthropic work was showered with a royal title.

He also disclosed the royal title also came with plots of landHe captioned: “Thanks a lot to the people of Bamenda, Cameroon. Was given this beautiful regalia to signify the royal title bestowed upon me. I’m grateful. Oh, and the title comes with a lot of land too,” he said.

Good in his acting prowess, he was nominated for categories Most Promising Actor and Best Actor in a Supporting Role at the 6th and 7th Africa Movie Academy Awards respectively. On 1 April 2014, he became the first Ghanaian citizen to hit a million likes on Facebook.

My success this year can’t be equated to my loss'

Stonebwoy seems to be finding it difficult to overcome his mother’s death.

According to the artiste, even though this year is by far his most successful year, it cannot be equated to what he lost.

Speaking on Citi FM’s Traffic Avenue on Tuesday, Stonebwoy said his mother’s death was a great loss.

“No doubt that this has been my best year as long as I know that I put in work. I tried to put in a lot of work amidst everything. The seeds have been sown from day so if the flowers are blooming today… Amidst the best of news, I’ve also had the wickedest news anyone can have. It can’t be equated to the bad news. I don’t want to sound like I don’t appreciate; I do appreciate to the max but checking what I’ve lost, all I’ve gained cannot bring back what I have lost,” he said.

According to reports, the late Catherine Satekla was rushed to the hospital for treatment but could not survive. Stonebwoy did not get the chance to share his last words because he was outside the country when the sad incident occurred.

The 2015 BET Best International Africa Act staged a free concert at Mandela Park, Ashiaman on August 8, in honour of his late mother.

She was buried on September 5, 2015.

Mrs Hanson, Bull Dog’s wife was on Pluzz FM Wednesday morning to tell the world that her private pictures were on a laptop Shatta Wale took from her hubby after their work ended.

According to her, Shatta gave the machine to Bull Dog as a gift but later reported to police that he stole it after their friendship went soar. Bull Dog’s wife told Sammy Flex, host of the morning show that she has seen some of the pictures around but her fear is that Shatta Wale will put them on social media for them to go viral.

Bulldog calls off press conference

The much-anticipated press conference which was supposed to be held by former manager of Shatta wale, Lawrence Asiama Hanson popularly known as Bulldog on Hot 93.9fm in Accra has been cancelled.

The press conference was to enable Bulldog reply to the murder and other damaging allegations leveled against him by Shatta Wale. 

Speaking to Dr. Who, host of hot and classic showbiz review on Hot 93.9fm in Accra, the C.E.O of Bullhaus entertainment, Kenderick Yehowada noted that, they have agreed to let 'sleeping dogs lie'

According to Kendrick Yehowada, even if there should be a press conference, it wouldn't be like going into details of what transpired between Bulldog and Shatta Wale:

"Dr. Who, even if there should be a press conference, it wouldn't be like going into details. We will not mention any body's name. Whom the cup will fit, then that person wears it. Reggie N Bollie are two clowns with no talent - Lord Sugar Alan Sugar

It looks like English business magnate, media personality, and political advisor, Lord Sugar is not happy with Reggie N Bollie qualifying to the finals of UK X Factor 2015. 

The chairman of Amshold Group, owner of Amscreen and Amsprop expressed his disappointment in Simon Cowell for supporting the two Ghanaians. 

To him, the X Factor was established to find special talent but Reggie N Bollie have on several occasions proved that they do not have the voice to sing. 

According to him, Alan Michael Sugar, Baron Sugar, Che Chesterman who was evicted on the grand finale held on Saturday night at Wembley should win. 

Sugar was chairman of Tottenham Hotspur from 1991 to 2001. Sugar appears in the BBC TV series The Apprentice, which has been broadcast annually since 2005 and is based upon the popular US television show of the same name, featuring the American entrepreneurDonald Trump. 

According to the Sunday Times Rich List 2015, Sugar has joined the “billionaire’s club” with an estimated fortune of £1.4bn, and is ranked as the 101st richest person in the UK.
