Loud Sound Ghana Nominated For GUM Awards

Loud Sound Ghana just grabbed a nomination at the maiden edition of the GUM Awards (Ghana Underground Music Awards) as the ‘Best Website For Underground Artists’ and also the CEO Mr Alfred Aborga as the ‘Best Underground Music Promoter’…

The GUM Awards was organized to throw more light on the underground or upcoming artists who are working hard everyday to get their voices heard but somehow not noticed at the mainstream level. The organizers of GUM Awards decided to start this Award scheme to annually honour the most hard working artists and to encourage them by letting them know their efforts and hard works are very much recognized.
The GUM Awards is not only targeted at artists but also to websites, bloggers and Djs who contribute or support these upcoming talents. Loud Sound Ghana has been undoubtedly one of the best if not the best website that has supported upcoming artists since its existence. Mr Aborga who is the CEO and also a blogger, does not only put songs out there, but try as much as he can to stay in touch with these artists and guide them if needed. The whole Loud Sound Ghana team in both Ghana and Belgium are grateful for the recognition and we hope GUM Awards is here to stay.
