After wife of Shatta Wale, Diamond Michelle Gbagonah popularly known as Shatta Michy disclosed exclusively on Delay’s show that she had sex with Shatta Wale the very first day they met, and she was 17 then, the backlash from the public was too much for her to bear.

She was ‘insulted’ left, right and center on social media particularly Facebook; majority was her fellow ladies for been proud and coming out publicly that she had slept on her first date with Shatta Wale

Diamond who couldn’t bear it anymore took to her Facebook page and said, “Let's be real here , yes I slept with him on the first date but aren't we still together ,happy with a lovely baby & building an empire??? How about the your ex, sister, & gf who just gets f*cked by a different guy every 3 days ?? Hypocrisy is the main reason Gh is still like this. Multimedia Group Apologises To Shatta Wale

The management of Multimedia Group Limited has apologised to Shatta Wale over a letter purported to have come from the outfit requesting that the dancehall artiste refund money paid him after he left the 2015 OLD SKUUL REUNION stage without finishing his performance.

Shatta was said to have left the stage few minutes after he mounted it due to a technical challenge.

According to the letter, Shatta Wale was required to make a full refund of GHC19,400 – the estimated sum covers air tickets for four (4), Contract sum of GHC 15,000 and cost of hotel rooms for 4.

But speaking on Hitz News at 1, Programmes Manager of Hitz FM [a subsidiary of Multimedia], Mark Okraku-Mantey said the letter was not an official document from the company. He apologised to the artiste and his management, adding that it will be unfair to Shatta Wale should the company take such an action.

“A document leaked in the name of Multimedia that we wanted him to refund the money. It was not an official document so we want to apologise to Shatta Wale and his management. That document did not come officially from us,” he said.

“We were unhappy it happened. But thinking through, we realised it will be unfair to go hard on the young man for not finishing his performance because it was not his fault,” Mark Okraku-Mantey added.

Actress Selassie Ibrahim Threatens Court Action Over $92M Report

Lawyers of Ghanaian actress Selassie Ibrahim and her Smarttys Management have threatened to sue media houses which reported a supposed $92 Million contract under the National Electrification Project in connection to their client.
It was reported by citifmonline.com on Monday, March 14 that “Ghanaian firm, Smarttys Management and Production Limited, has been caught up in yet another case of an alleged contract overpricing in the execution of a national electrification project.

In the latest episode, the company, which has come under intense pressure for overpricing the branding of some 116 Metro Mass Transit Buses, is at the centre of a $92m dollar National Electrification Project found to have been overpriced by some nine million dollars.”

In a press statement signed by Mr. Kissi Agyeman, a managing partner of Cromwell Gray LPP, disassociated their client from the execution of any such contract between the government of Ghana and the other indicated party, China Human Construction Engineering Group.

"Tinny's brand is dead"- Keche

His comments come on the back of remarks by Tinny in 2013 that most of the songs at that time lack good content.
 A member of music group, Keche has stated that hiplife artiste, Tinny’s brand is dead.

“Nowadays, lyrics in songs don’t add up. Songs nowadays lack great lyrical dexterity. We’ve lost originality. Consider a lyrics like ‘girl na pozzy sɛ yooyi’, I’ve never seen a lady who has posed like "yooyi" before. So nowadays, lyrics in songs don’t add up anymore,” Tinny said in an interview with Flexy on ETV Ghana’s Talk Showbiz in 2013.

The voice was played back on Pluzz FM’s AM Pluzz on Tuesday morning and set the premise for a discussion. Reacting to the comments, Josuah, the wordsmith of the group questioned why Tinny would make such a statement.

According to him, ‘Makola Kwakwe’, the song which shot Tinny to fame did not make sense either, adding that Tinny’s brand is dead.

“What was the sense in Tinny’s ‘Makola Kwakwe’ song? The lyrics don’t even make sense. I love Tinny to the bone, he was one of the people I really admired whilst growing up... Tinny’s brand is even dead… We did not reply Tinny then because our ‘Aluguntugui’ song was just fresh,” he fired back.

Stonebwoy Disobeys Late Mum

Before the death of Mrs. Catherine Satekla, Stonebwoy’s mother, she and the musician on several occasions argued about his decision to replace his knee. Stonebwoy told Anita Erskine on Starr FM in Accra that his deceased mother told him not to temper with his knee but he should let it be as it has always been.

“I know I’ve disobeyed my mother for replacing my knee. We’ve been going back and forth about this issue. She has told me again and again to just leave it as it is.
It gets to a point in time that I’ve even decided to leave it as it is but different thoughts kept running through my brain leading to the final decision to finally replace the knee. But I know she would be happy that I’ve still gone ahead to do the knee replacement.”

The late Catherine Satekla, died at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra in 2015.

Sarkodie Reveals What Angered Him To Jab Peace FM’s Kwasi Aboagye

On Saturday, Zionfelix.com reported about Sarkodie throwing jabs at Peace FM entertainment show host, Kwasi Aboagye in his latest song ‘Mans World’. The rapper in the song also showed love to music producer Mark Okreku Mantey for continuously talking about him.
Obidi in the song stated clearly that he does not need Kwasi Aboagye as a musician. According to him, he was just visiting him on the Despite Group of Companies owned radio station but he didn’t know Kwasi Aboagye had issues with him.
Before the song was released, Zionfelix.com reported in September 2015 that Kwasi Aboagye deprived Sarkodie an interview on Peace FM when he was touring radio stations to promote his “Mary” album launch. The entertainment show host explaining why he stopped the rapper from coming on his show revealed that he sees no reason to give him airtime to promote his album when he (Sarkodie) does not open his gates when they call him for radio interview.
Well Sarkodie also has something to tell us about Kwasi Aboagye telling the world that he sacked him from Peace FM. The ‘Adonai’ hitmaker in a conversation with Tim Westwood denied that he was sacked from Peace FM.
He revealed that he was at the station waiting to be interviewed but he was informed an hour after that the show has ended. He continued that he later read online that he was sacked from Peace FM, a report that was false.

“I went to a radio station (Peace FM) and I was sitting there getting to one hour and a guy came out to tell me “the show is done, we are late” and I’m like okay we are cool. I actually heard him (Kwasi Aboagye) in the studio screaming so when I came out, I saw on twitter that “I sacked Sarkodie from the studio” which didn’t happen because I didn’t even see you.”

He quickly added that “I love them, Peace FM, they are actually on my top five. I listen to them a lot but I was trying to address an issue that the fans didn’t really get to understand.”

George Quaye and Socrate Sarfo clash over Shatta Wale

   

Shatta Wale’s disqualification from this year’s Ghana Music Awards has generated lots of confusion among many Ghanaians and entertainment followers.
Movie maker Socrate Safo and George Quaye exchanged words Thursday evening when Kwasi Aboagye, host of Peace FM Entertainment Review gave the former an opportunity to query the PRO of Charterhouse over Shatta Wale’s disqualification from 2016 VGMAs.
Socrate revealed that Shatta Wale and his management wanted to meet top officials of Charterhouse when they submitted the nomination forms but they were told that Yola Ayewode was not in the country.
“You will agree with my that even before we came to submit the forms, we were planning to meet to solve this issue and you said Yola is in Cape Verde. It is not as if we have been ignoring to apologise.”
He continued that the two parties agreed not to make this meting public but George Quaye broke the promise twice so he has to let their side of the story known. Socrate added that management contacted several high profile personalities in the country to join them say sorry to Charterhouse if their meeting had come off.
“I even told you (George Quaye) how far we have gone including getting honourable Dzifa Gomashie for this peace meeting. You were aware so it was not as if we have even ignored.”
George Quaye reacting to Socrate’s comments admitted that he told them boss of Charterhouse,Yola Ayewode was not around but he informed him when he returned from his trip. According to him, he asked Socrate several times when they will be meeting officials of the event company to render apology but he kept giving different dates.
“Socrate can you say on air that I didn’t ask you several times off records that when you guys are coming? I wasn’t suppose to chase you but I was eventually chasing you. This organisation (Charterhouse) did everything and opened the door for two months for this issue to be solved but you didn’t come back. You kept giving excuses but Socrate, lets show some good faith. This  organisation did everything to make sure that the right thing was done.”

Jon Germain 'Punches' VGMA Board

Ghanaian Pop singer, Jon Germain has taken a swipe at the VGMA board for not nominating the ‘Kaikai’ hitmaker, Shatta wale. Organizers of the VGMA organized a press conference on February, 23 and in their statement cited certain derogatory remarks made by Shatta Wale in the past for which they decided to reject his entries. Jon Germain who did not take kindly to the decision by the VGMA board took a jab at them for what he described as unacceptable and disappointing. “My first problem with the VGMAs is Shatta Wale not being in there. He put out hit songs throughout last year and needs to be in there. If you have a problem with him, take him to the court but you cannot reject his entries,” Jon decried. Speaking on Ghana’s number one entertainment and lifestyle show, Celebrity Fan Zone last Saturday, the Pop singer expressed his disappointment over the whole Shatta Wale- VGMA controversy and wondered when the VGMA board will dutifully discharge their obligations without any controversies andmistakes. Initially reluctant to comment on the VGMA nominations when host, AkosuaHanson posed the question; Jon subsequently spoke up questioning how come certain artists who released songs several years ago find themselves being nominated for the VGMAs.

Pappy Kojo Involved In An Accident

Hip-hop artiste, Pappy Kojo has been involved in an accident. The "Aye Late" Rapper escaped death after he was involved in a motor accident on his way from Asabaako Music and Art Festival in the Western region on Tuesday evening March 8, 2016 Pappy Kojo's manager Ameyaw Debrah has confirmed the unfortunate incident to Peacefmonline.com, adding that thankfully Pappy survived the accident without any serious injury. "He is okay only his car was damaged", Ameyaw Debrah stated adding that Pappy was not the one behind the wheels, and that it was his friend who was driving but they are both fine. According eyewitness reports a car from nowhere hit Pappy Kojo's car from behind while they were coming from a show held in the Western region. When asked if he (Bandex) agrees to the clamour by the public for Abraham Attah’s relocation to the US, the Entertainment Pundit said, “Yes Abraham should relocate to the US but should be trained to be versatile since movies like Beasts of No Nation comes once in awhile with good story line and good directing.” In an answer to Attah’s recent comment that he will not feature in ‘Local’ movies, Bandex said, Beasts of No Nation is a local movie as compared to other Hollywood movies, adding that it is a low budgeted film.

Confirmed: Abraham Attah To Relocate To The United States — Manager

Abraham Attah is GONE—he is not going to star in any local movie and he is even relocating to America, the land of opportunities. When Abraham Attah landed in Ghana today, he stated among other things that he is not going to do any local movie—when he was asked if he was considering working in Ghana’s Movie Industry. He said: “I’m not going to do any local movie, I will stay with Hollywood, I think it’s fun.” On arrival, Abraham’s manager spoke about the star’s relocation.
